Cauliflower Steak

Ingredients: 2 Portions
2 Cauliflower plasters 2 cm Coconut oil or olive oil 2 tbsp of butter Pomegranate fruit Charmoula
Tahini Sauce: 1 tsp of tahini 1 tsp of olive oil 1 tsp maple syrup 1 tsp lemon juice
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees C. Season 2 cm cauliflower steaks slices with salt, brush with olive oil and put on a hot pan (recommend cast iron one);
Fry for about 3 minutes on medium heat until golden brown, then scroll to the other side and repeat frying for 3 minutes. In a bowl, combine the garlic, onion, honey, stock, salt, pepper and zaatar;
Put into the oven (if it can be together with the pan, if not - put it into a casserole dish or put on a baking tray, heated together with the oven). Bake for 15 minutes, meanwhile turn over 1-2 times;
Serve the steak with tahini sauce (mix all the ingredients in a bowl), sprinkle with charmoula and pomegranate.
