Chicken Rub

Our Chicken Rub combines the savoury seasoning and bright acid necessary to create an incredible roast chicken.

• The flavours of garlic, rosemary, sundried tomatoes, and lemon add a citrusy, earthy flavour to poultry. With herbs like oregano, basil, and parsley, it's also tantalizing in stews and soups.
• Roast Chicken, Braised Chicken Thighs, Chicken Stew, Baked Lemon Chicken with Mushroom Sauce.
• This Chicken Rub is perfect for yielding the crispy skin that you crave from your roast chicken. You could also mix it into your batter for frying chicken, or sprinkle it over thighs for succulent results after braising in white wine or broth. It will enhance even the most ordinary baked or grilled chicken.
