Our powdered version can be used as a seasoning for meats, spicy chicken wings, and anywhere you want to add that sweet heat of sriracha.

• Sriracha originated in Thailand but it's now popular all over the world for its hot, spicy flavours and versatility.
• Pairs deliciously with Rice Noodle and Ramen Soups, Chicken Wings, Mayonnaise, Gazpacho.
• You can use our dry Sriracha blend as you would the sauce, adding it to soups, egg dishes, pizza, or even mixing it with other condiments like ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, or sour cream to create a simple dip. Blend it with a marinade for beef or spicy chicken wings - it gives a great tang to teriyaki sauce. Try it in your Asian stir fry or rice dishes or sprinkle it over homemade chips.
• Created by a woman in the coastal Thailand town known as Sri Racha, this fiery blend of garlic, chilies, vinegar, and sugar was originally used as a dipping sauce for seafood dishes at local restaurants. In Vietnam, Sriracha is also commonly used as a condiment for pho. The Thai version is thinner and a bit sweeter than the popular version of the sauce manufactured in Western countries today.
